LaboratoryThe basis of each recycling offer is the analysis of a sample of the metalliferous residue provided by the waste generator. WRC has a state-of-the-art laboratory. An accurate analysis containing all relevant chemical and physical characteristics of the sample is checked for compliance with the WRC acceptance parameters.
The WRC acceptance parameters guarantee that the WRC-Metal Concentrates produced are according to the specifications agreed upon with the smelters and the processing is in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations as well as with the environmental law. Thus it is guaranteed that only metalliferous residues are accepted, which can be processed to a marketable WRC-Metal Concentrate.
All delivered residues are representatively sampled according to industrial standard (here: German standard DIN 38414 S1). As analysis methods the ICP-OES, the AAS, the ion chromatography, the UV/VIS-spectroscopy among others are used.
Before dispatch to product purchasers worldwide the WRC-Metal Concentrates again are subject to a quality assurance procedure.
